From our first meeting Daria was highly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Because we were trying to sell our house quickly she met with us during the evening and her and her husband explained the process of selling our house as well as the importance of listing a house at the right price. Daria's brochure was filled with data showing the number of visitors to a house by time listed, the purchase price by time listed, and more. She gave us a recommended sales price based on comparable sales and made sure we understood the importance of not over-pricing, as people must be compelled to first walk through the doors. She and her husband took drone pictures of our house and advertised the first open house on social media before we listed. Then in short order she recommended a cleaner, sent over a great stager, and arranged for a photographer to take the interior pictures. As soon as she got those pictures, we were listed early Saturday morning just before the open house. On the first weekend our house was listed, which was 12/1-12/2 we had over 10 people come see our house. We were for that weekend listed as a "hot home" and by Sunday we had two offers. Miraculously our house was under contract within two days of being listed, and we closed on 12/27 as we were driving across the county in a moving truck for a job relocation.
